“Understanding Grief” workshop
Too frequently we hear about another friend or another loved one who has recently passed away. Whether they led a long and fulfilling life, or a life shortened by unexpected circumstances, grief for those they left behind is inevitable.
The Caring Committee of Temple Shalom invites you to join us for a 90-minute workshop where our professional panel will be using a conversational approach to explore the issues of grief and loss, and explaining how it applies to you and your journey.
Three experts in grief counseling from The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County will be leading the program. The goal of the workshop is to provide valuable information to help you understand your own losses and provide tools to help you move forward with your life.
Please join us on Sunday, March 12th at 2:00 PM in the Temple Shalom Social Hall, 5 Ayrmont Lane, Aberdeen, NJ 07747.
Snacks will be provided.
Due to a generous anonymous donation, this is a free event.
If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Barbara Raffel. The Caring Committee programming is supported by The Natalie Rubin Caring Fund. Donations to the fund can be made through the Temple Shalom office.
